To recieve this award, a site must have all the elements of fine HTML coding, including style, continuity, reliability, ease of use, and a good solid theme. Your site must have no profanity or vulgar language. Also, no adult sites or adult links. Of course, signing our guestbook could'nt hurt! We will evaluate the web site & notify the nominee by e-mail if they recieve an award!
