My Mom

This is my Mom. She left us on 1/5/86 to go to a better place.  She was much more than a Mom, she was my best friend and I miss her very much.  To everyone who still has their Mom, cherish her for you won't know what you have lost until it is too late. Many of us take this simple and wonderful gift for granted.  You just never know when it will happen to you.

Mom died from a massive coronary at the age of 43.

The mother's love is like God's love;
He loves us not because we are lovable,
but because it is His nature to love,
and because we are His children.

Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us,

and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another. - 1 John 4:10,11

Me, Dad and Tammy - Nov. 1999

Dad's a truck driver so I don't get to see him as often as I'd like. I did get to go and spend some time with him last year though and I had a great time.  It was fun be a "kid" again after all these years. We do spend alot of time keeping in touch on the computer though.
