Dear Slayer ?

Our woods and streams abound with wonderful wildlife. Since the prohibition of DDT and other improved environmental standards the area has seen a return of Heron, Bald Eagles, Fox, and other native species. We also have seen an explosion of the Whitetail Deer population, as there are no predators to balance herd growth. This has made our relatively protected neighborhood attractive to sportsmen. Please note that hunting is not prohibited in our association area by statute. However, individual property owners are encouraged by the association to not allow private property access to hunters. This firearm season saw incidents that alarmed many of our members. Residents with large property holdings are asked to post their property or communicate clearly with their neighbors should they choose to allow hunting.
