First, any site applying must be kid friendly. No vulgarity or pornography will be allowed.
Second, sites applying for Ryan's award must be "visitor friendly". No huge files that take forever to download. Sites must also not be full of broken links or images.
You must also sign the guestbook. We determine what sites we will review by viewing Ryan's guestbook.
The site must also be "finished". Sites that are still "Under Construction" will not be considered. Sorry. :-(
