Willcam's Comprehensive HTML Cross Reference  - basic help on tags. Webreview.com  - good all around development reference site (articles, training). About.com Web Clipart  - links to all sorts of icons, clipart, backgrounds, etc. MP3 related sites: Step 1: Get yourself an MP3 player (check out CNET's Download.com for their free version of Winamp). Step 2: Get yourself some MP3s.    Napster  - nothing can come close to this.    Audiofind  - good search engine for MP3 tracks.    Lycos MP3 Search  - okay search engine for MP3 tracks (links to a lot of dead sites).    MP3Now.com  - links to MP3 search engines and other MP3 related sites. Sites to assist in Personal Finance: Money-Rates.com  - comparison of FDIC insured accounts (includes internet banks such as First Internet Bank ). PayMyBills.com  - I like the concept, but haven't tried it yet myself (check out the site demo).
