POLICIES
+ A bi-monthly newsletter will be mailed to members when their dues are received by the treasurer.
+ This group consists of six geographic areas, each with a Group Leader. We are governed by a Board made up of these Group Leader, President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, ICHE Contact, CHEK Contact, Support Group Leader Trainer and Newsletter Editor.
+ All positions are volunteer positions and are held for one year.
+ Any income will be spent on LCHE related expenses such as the newsletter and events, with the approval of the board.
+ There will be an Annual LCHE General Meeting. Each Support Group is encouraged to hold regular Local Meetings for their members.
+ Responsibilities will be distributed evenly among the Board membership whenever possible.
MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS AND DUES
Yearly membership dues for LCHE are $12.00. The year runs from July 1, 1997 to June 30, 1998. These dues cover organizational expenses such as the newsletter; postage; President's LCHE related phone bill; building rentals; prospective member packets; group activity supplies; program speakers; and partial state conference fees.
Payment of dues entitle each member family to:
+ Bi-monthly Newsletter
+ Access to LCHE County Libraries
+ Access to LCHE County & Regional Events
+ Access to sell used curriculum at the Used Curriculum Corner
+ A 15% discount ($15.00) to your HSLDA membership
+ Discounts at several area merchants
+ Discounted admission to our Annual Winter Conference
