THIS IS JOE...He is about to wrap up his second year of college at Northwestern Oklahoma State University in Alva. He has a sweetheart, Nikki, that we think the world of and we miss having them both around while they are off at college. Between Nikki, sports, and college and working part-time driving a truck for Hamm and Phillips, Joe is a busy guy.
