Hi, my name is Kellie but of course the cat insisted that his name be listed first and foremost. Mugsy strayed into my life a month after my precious maine coon passed away, just over a year ago. Until then I must admit I never liked the look of an orange
cat. I even resisted heavily this "brat" that insisted on being my friend. I was still grieving pretty badly over my kitty's death. Over the past year he has become quite a special part of my life. I don't get to sleep through the night anymore but he has
some quite endearing qualities. I don't think I'd have survived the death of Scruffy as "easily" if it weren't for Mugsy "forcing" himself on me. He was relentless. He always seemed to me to be a nasty looking cat with squinty eyes and the look of a fight
r. Turns out the squint was caused by a severe eye infection. A few trips to the vet and a healthy diet and he's turned into a cute (did I say cute?!), mild mannered and very understanding little friend. I would be devastated to lose him. Now, I like the
dea that he is completely opposite in looks to Scruffy. There is no comparison and that's the way it should be. Mugsy (a variation on Bugsy and that so called tough "mug" he had) is a beigy-orange with white chest. He knows how to pose and give his "best"
look. I just wish he wouldn't lay across my head at night...
