Tiffany

Our sweet, precious Tiffany passed over to the rainbow bridge on August 2. It took us all by surprise, we didn't even know she was sick! Tiffany had a severe case of bladder stones, and eventually her bladder burst and she died while we were at work. She had never shown any sign of illness, and was active up to a few hours before she died. The vet said he had never seen a case like this in his career, especially in such young dog. We had Tiffy creamated and plan to spread her ashes at the Mormon Lake cabin, which was her favorite place to go in the whole world.

Tiffany was my favorite dog of all time, and I will miss her terribly. She was sweet, loving, playing, smart, and affectionate. There will never be another dog like her. I only hope that someday we can be reunited in heaven and be together forever afterward.

A word from Tiffany:

"Hi, I'm Tiffany. I was born in April 1996. Mom says Tiffany is a good name for me because I'm a spoiled little girl.

I'm a beautiful pedigree Shetland Sheepdog. I come from champion lines. I was bred and raised to be in the show circuit. But at five months old, I was already too tall for the showring! So my breeder had to sell me as a pet. He he he! That's much more fun for me. Mom says I still walk like a showdog. I definately use my cute doggy looks to my advantage when I can.

Some of my favorite things are getting snacks, getting on the bed, and playing. My favorite games to play are ball and chase. I chase Crosby all day in the yard. Sometimes he gets tired and hides under the tree. And I fetch the ball whenever I can get someone to throw it for me. I also like to attack mom's feet when she's coming down the stairs. In the summer I like to go to the lake and hang out on the boat. I'm not a great swimmer like Crosby is, but I'll go in and get my feet wet. Once I jumped off the boat when mom was in the lake swimming. What a surprise! I'll never do that again."
