You may not remember us but we sat with you at the conference in Orlando, Fl. at the Marriot World Center. My son Evan was about 6 months old. We haven't kept up with the Foundation that much the past few years but plan to keep the connection by sending n w info and pictures to them soon. We sure hope you all are doing great. Michael looks so happy in his pictures. Evan just turned 5 years old on Dec 2, 1999. He now has 4 sisters. ( I remarried) He is having the time of his life. He is potty training now a d can feed himself. His refluxed is controlled easily by dissolving a Zantac 75 tablet in a "shot glass" every morning and night. Great page, I am a grandmother to a boy, age 7, Taylor. He also has CdLS. He is progressing nicely. He too was given the worst possible scenerios at birth. Is Mike totally potty trained? Taylor still has accidents, but is doing really well. He still needs diapers at night, and I was wondering if there would be any advice you could offer? He seems to be in a dead sleep at night, and really urinates the most at that time. Taylor also loves what Mike does. Swimming being at the top of the list! Gifts, all of hem are his! Eating, popcorn with grandpa is the favorite, water in a water bottle is always next to him. Thanks for any help, and all of your encouragement. mary wager

I was happy to see Mike's website, and I copied it in black and white for Jenny to look at, she smiled and looked through the pages. I will definitely be getting a computer with the internet set up at home so the whole family can use it. Did the photos tu n out from Fort Erie? Do you still have my address? How is everything going? It is very cold this New Years eve, but last night was colder waiting for the bus I got blown off balance and got a slight sprain to the ankle! I bet its colder upstate. I really enjoyed meeting your family in Canada, and Jenny thought Michael was so amusing after she got over his initially very outgoing nature. Jenny is in an older class this year, her school goes up to 16, she's 13.5. She was not happy with the younger kids, or aybe it was the group. Also her stomach is not making her unhappy, Pepcid 20 mg, 1X or 2X daily keeps the reflux at bay. I hope you had a nice Christmas, and how is Mike's job(s) going? Talk to you soon. Gertrude
