I have a Yorkie, too. He is an absolute riot! Recently he has begun to play "Hide and go seek" He hides a bone or something and then sits near it and gives one bark ( this means he is ready) Then I go and find the toy and give it to him then return to m work, so I'll here a bark and it is time to look again. Yorkies are personallity plus.

First, I read Jeff's forum, he is a very smart man!!! I got to your site surfing the Geoworld ring. It is really interesting, I enjoyed all of your personal pictures and the stories with them. I also am an animal lover, but since our son grew up and moved away, we decided against having any more dogs or cats since we are not at home long enough to give them the attention they need. We also travel a lot, and I won't leave them in a kennel when w want to go somewhere we can't bring them. But...I have lots of pets who think I am their auntie!!! So, I visit with them.

Jeff, Enjoyed your article on taxation. I think they should give everone a computer and one vote per household, and get rid of politicians completely. They could send out on line question and answer type forms to decide what to vote on, and then vote online on a rugular basis. Of course the problem with this is someone would cheat!!!! Jeff, Agree with your comments on capitol punishment. Hoever the notes on taxes are very standard anti-tax rhetoric. Don't get me wrong, I'm NOT for high taxes. However the solutions simply aren't as simple as you'd like to say.. No matter how much pork and programs we cut the biggest problem is entitlement checks given directly to people who can't and or won't take care of themselves. Until that large and scary problem is somehow addressed we're unfortunately going to be highly taxed. And don't forget the e are tens of millions of idiots and "Caring People" out there who WANT to pay high taxes and will vote for and support them. Even though they may be working, self-supporting non-dependent people themselves.

Great Page I agree with you on the taxes and as for capital punishment-my sister in law was raped and her throat slashed in one of the most brutal murders in our area!!! You certainly have some interesting coments about the American tax system. Being a Canadian I can't really address your comments about the types of taxes I must take issuse with your use of the word " slavery " . Slavery, as I know it and as most African -Americans understand it, is a far cry from simply being over taxed. Your use of the term slavery is a great over-simplification and might lead me to believe that you don't truly understand what slavery was about Daniel Webster might call it one thing but if you dig a little deeper I think you'll find Webster was putting a pretty, white face on the issue.
