Chapter 3 The Engagement

On 10^th November, Lester went to Cincinnati. They spent four days at Danuta's cousin Maria's home. Lester asked Danuta to marry him on the very first day. After a time to think about it, 1 minute, she said "yes"! On the 14^th, they flew to Fort Myers, Florida, for a visit with Lester's brother John and sister-in-law Deane. On the 15^th, Lester bought her engagement ring and Deane threw an engagement party for them.

While in Cincinnati we had the time to go to the Mammoth Caves, in Kentucky.

Golly, got to see if it fits. Here we are picking out the diamond engagement ring to seal our sweet romance.
