If you click on the picture of of kids, it will take you to the Word of God site. God is raising up a Generation of young people, like He has never before raised up.
Here in the post-industrial West, people go through a period
called youth between childhood and adulthood. Of course this
is not the case for the bulk of humanity, nor was it when Paul
wrote "when I became a man, I put away childish things."
Remember what Simon Peter wrote in 2 Peter 2: 3; or as Mister T. says in a similiar vein, "Be somebody or be somebody's fool".

The verse at the top of the page from Isaiah 40 (this links to the King James Version: try it, it's beautiful) is frequently seen on posters in the youth room at churches.
When an eagle soars, she can see for miles in every direction. She sees the storm approaching from the west, her favorite tree to the south, the trout breaking the surface of the lake to the east, and the mountains far to the north. She knows who she is and where she is, and she can fly wherever she wants. She has perspective.
Likewise, those who wait upon the LORD (that is, those who trust in His promises) also improve their perspective. Everyday troubles and disappointments shrink in size because we know there's a better day coming, that our God inhabits eternity, and that's where He's going to bring us when it's time.
He's not going to let our burden be more than we can stand. Sometimes He allows people to be put through difficult times because He's preparing them for some purpose, some work they need to be toughened up for. If we pray for guidance He will make it plain what it is He has in mind for us.
