Roof is wooden shingle, alsphalt shingle as log covering.

Part of land patent of Abraham Miller, 1762 (not sure if this was originally part of Matthias Baumgartner’s warrant or Andrew Miller’s patent.)

Earliest record found: 1857, Tobias Kreider (administrator for Barbara Thomas, dec’d) sold this property which was “part of a corner premises” to Henry Fisher & wife Sarah.

Later in 1857, this property was sold to Catharine Thomas. She died & her children, Adam, Jacob & John H., sold the corner lot to Eden Dutweiler in 1902.

1875 - Catharine Thomas shown living at this location in 1875 Lebanon County PA Atlas.

It appears that 1 Apr 1891, William B. Heilman obtained this log house property from John Ward. William died 27 Oct 1901 and his wife and executrix, Elizabeth B. Heilman, sold the property to Daniel Fegan in 1902.

1909 - Rebecca Bishop, wife of Adam Bishop, purchases this property as well as other properties in this block.

1923 - sold to Clara McCauley.

1953 - sold to Allen A. & Elsie M. Miller (they had Miller's Nursery behind this block of Main St. properties.)

I’m missing a link here!

1963 - Dorothy E. Fox, daughter & executrix of Sadie E. Sheetz, sells property to Kathryn A. Bowman.

1968 - sold to John N. & Martha D. Garber. (parents of Jeffrey L. Garber, who purchased the nursery behind this block from Elsie M. Miller - 22 Oct 1968.)

1970 - sold to Henry J. Martin Jr & wife Doris Elaine.

1976 - sold to David E. Deshong.

1978 - sold to David L. & Esther E. Smith (of the junkyard, now Frattarolli’s.)

1979 - sold to Richard & Mary Lou Harris (present owners & restorers.)
