I hate web rings.

Especially since Yahoo took over most of them and require a life history from their members so they can use the information to make a bigger pile of money.

At the same time I love to find a collection of web site links, for a particular subject or group of like minded people, in one place. That way I can visit the type of sites I like without searching all over the web.

For that reason I started "The Over The Hill Gang". It is a group of Web Sites where either the web masters are all over 50 years old and enjoy what is called "The Good Old Days" or the web site is about what is known as "The Good Old Days". The rules are few and simple.

  1. Only web sites built or maintained by seniors (over 50) or those that are about "The Good Old Days" will be admitted.

  2. The only information you are ask to give is your web site TITLE and URL.

  3. Personal information will not be sold, traded or given to anyone, because I don't want that information, nor will I ever ask for it.

  4. No commercial sites will be allowed in the group.

  5. All sites must be considered family friendly.

  6. Sites that contain profanity or sexual content will not be allowed to join and will be removed from the list if found to be in violation at a later date.
