For a few years now, I've been writing (etc.) in a spiral notebooks. This habit has, for better or worse, spread to several of my friends... and their friends... etc. Recently I read an article on addictions; I realized that I am in fact addicted to notebooking (so much that I even made up a verb to describe it).
My addiction can no longer be fully quenched through the use of spirals alone. For this reason and several others (including that many of my closest friends live far away) I've decided to expand into cyberspace and share the addiction with anyone who has internet access.
