"Effective Leadership
Means Workable Plans"
A ministry dedicated to helping the Lord's
church develop effective, workable plans
to fullfil His mission.
Luke 19:10
Organizational Planning
Get the most from your congregational efforts by organizing, within God's structure, for success. Get the right, motivated, interested brethren in the most effective roles.
Compression Planning
A structured, facilitated, expedited, planning technique used in many highly successful businesses to develop effective plans in a short time frame. It uses brainstorming, prioritizing and consensus building to focus and agree upon what is really important.
Facility Planning
A church building is often the single largest financial investment that a congregation makes. Of all the decisions made in the entire process of constructing any building, the ones with the most financial impact are the ones made during its initial development phase. Site selection, size, expandability, specific use and building type are crucial factors to be considered and must be right for the particular congregation. Facility planning is much more than understanding construction, it is developing an appropriate, fully functional, cost effective tool to be used in the Lord's work.
Budgeting
A budget is simply a financial plan that translates congregational plans into dollars. The leaders of the congregation have the stewardship responsibility to manage the resources God has entrusted to them. Developing a budget that reflects the activities and plans of the congregation allows the leadership to know how the resources should be spent. Effective leadership demands understanding how all resources that God has given are allocated and used.
