HAL HITS THE BIG 60

Mom, John & Jeriann, Ruby & Hal went to the Portside in Aberdeen on Saturday night for a nice dinner to celebrate Hal's 60th birthday (on Sunday). We had an excellent meal and good company. The photo at the right was taken there.

Yes, it does snow in Ocean Shores. We woke up on the morning of March 7, 2002 (Dylan's Birthday) to two plus inches of snow on the ground and it was still coming down. I think one of the reasons we moved here was to get away from the snow. Oh, well, we know it won't last very long here. The photos are from a web cam at the main entrance to the beach. By 2PM the snow was gone from the beach but not from around the house.
