PENNY

Penny was a baby only 20 days old We had her only a short while But we loved her so

It broke her mother's heart Tho it was long ago She still grieves after all this time because she loved Penny so

I know Penny is in a better place But it's hard to see her mother hurt Her mother is my child, I love so dear I pray that God will grant her peace

I want her mother to know That Penny's love goes where she goes That Penny rest in Jesus's arms Safe and secure from all harm

To be at peace, with God's great gift To have the Love that God has give For He only knows how she feels For He gave his only Son, for us to live

Rest in peace my Penny, Dear For Granny loves you still Someday I will meet you again And have all that God will give

"Just Like a Rose"

Take a Rose, it's like life. It has a beauty so rare The fragrance so sweet like spring air The pedals as soft as silk Sometimes it's alone and sometimes it's with friends that share a peaceful will Sometimes it causes pain at the touch of it causes pain at the touch of it's thorns but eventually they heal We have a beauty of our own sometimes we are sweet and strong we are soft and we cause pain but we bet thru it all and are soft again The life we have is like a Rose We grow strong even with thorns and we gather up our friends and create a a beauty within We live such a short time and want to give out our good Because, like a Rose soon our beauty fades away
