Neena's World of Chapr, Chapr.....
Well, let's see......I was born in Nakuru, Kenya many, many moons ago. Moved to Canada when I was 10 years old and have been here ever since.
I am a strong believer in family. For me, my family (immediate and extended) are all treated the same....as immediate family. A lot of friends are also classified as family because for me the bond between us is the same as that of immediate family. I will protect my family as much as possible, but once I hate, I have no time for you.
I have family in Canada and England with extended family in all corners of the world. Jambo / Namaste / Hi to you all.
I value honesty and fairness, I detest racists and hypocrites (unfortunately there are too many people in this world who fit this mold).
Love meeting new people and my current pet project is building a family tree.
Hobbies:
Let's see.....I like speed and a little bit of danger. I am a fan of race car driving....mainly the CART (Paul Tracy, Mario Andretti, Patrick Carpentier, Alex Tagliani, Dario Franchitti) circuit with a degree of interest in NASCAR (Jeff Gordon & Robby Gordon) and Formula 1 (Jacques Villeneuve). I have also been a fan of these now legendary (and soon to be legendary) names...Gilles Villeneuve, Ayrton Senna, Greg Moore, Dale Earnhardt may they rest in peace.
As a child I grew up watching the East African Safari which has gone through many name changes...Marlborough Rally, Kenya Rally etc. and my favourite was always the SIMBA...
I love watching and participating in water sports. (Haven't done too much of the participating but I hope to remedy that) I enjoy snorkelling and scuba diving, especially in the waters off the Carribbean Islands.
I'm starting to enjoy doing things around the house, no not house work, but things like painting and fixing up things.
I love photography but have little time to devote to it, maybe some day.........
For me, winter is for the birds, I become a bit of a hermit when it comes to winter.
Family kids are my biggest hobby....that's why this web site has so many pictures of them!
Turks & Caicos Island (the best to date...people, snorkeling, Jo-jo the dolphin WOW!)
St. Lucia (great people and good time by all)
Mexico (ahhh, the sun.....)
Greece (wow, the heat)
Canary Islands (hey Fonzie!)
Dominican Republice (can't beat the wind surfing and parasailing)
Scotland (the whisky tour was excellent)
London (hey, I've got family there)
Venezuela (terrible food, but Angel Falls was incredible as were the stewards on VIASA)
Mt. Kilimanjaro (what a rush knowing I attempted climbing it)
U.S. (parts of it, Vermont is the best)
Canada (home sweet home, there's no place like it)
Kenya (like Canada, home sweet home although I only remember bits and pieces)
