If you are a youth 7 to 18 years of age:  

    1. Pick up an application at the Boys and Girls Club office for an application.

    2. Complete the application and have parent or guardian sign it.

    3. Return the application with membership dues ($8.00 a year).

    4. Membership card will then be issued.

 

Memberships run from January 1st to December 31st. If a youth can not pay cash, they can work for their Membership.

How To Volunteer  
    1.  Pick up an application at the Boys and Girls Club office for an application.
 
    2.  Complete both pages of the application.

    3.  Return the application to the Boys and Girls Club office or Fax it at 501/329-1198.
