About Us

The Tuckahoe chapter of the Loyal Order of the Moose charters packs 701. We are part of the Cardinal district, which includes several Cub Scout Packs and Boy Scout Troops in the Western Henrico Area. In turn, the Cardinal District (rated one of the top ten districts in the country) is part of the Robert E Lee council, which includes troops and packs in Henrico County and some surrounding areas.

The Moose are extremely supportive and interested in the youth of America. In addition to our Pack, the Tuckahoe Moose also sponsors a Brownie Troop and a chapter of the 4-H Club. They have a nice facility for meeting and strive to involve us in their community service projects as we try to involve them in ours.

We are a FAMILY pack and are extremely proud of this fact. The parents involvement with Pack 701 has a proven track record in the support, attitude and personal development of our scouts. We are very organized and keep the scouts very active in every sector of scouting throughout the year.

Pack 701 dens meet on the first, second and third Thursdays of the month from 6:30 - 7:30pm. Pack meetings are scheduled for the fourth Thursday of the month.
