  • Send the portraits or photographs in digital format by email or diskette to Marc Tinnell. If you must send a diskette, send an email to Marc Tinnell to request the correct postal address to use.
  • Restrict the submission of portraits and photographs to special ancestors and their families. Limit the submission of portraits and photographs to one per ancestor or special family member.
  • If the portrait or photograph is of poor quality, do not send it until it is digitally enhanced with a "photo editor".
  • Send 1.) the name of the person(s) in the portrait or photograph, along with 2.) the identification number, i.e. F1.1.2.2.4.6, that we use with our genealogy records, plus 3.) a short explanation.
