1. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs
2. Add flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and chocolate emulco
3. Add almond chip
4. Roll up dough like logs, refrigerate overnight to harden it, cut and bake.

2. Add sifted ingredient, add horlick + water.
3. Use cookie pump.

- 250 g butter
- 130 g icing sugar
- 450 g flour

- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- toasted whole almond
- toasted nibbed almond
- cooking chocolate
1. Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla and egg yolk
2. add flour
3. Take a piece of whole almond and cover it with dough,
4. shape into oval, bake at 180C, cool.
5. Melt chocolate, coat cookies with melted chocolate
6. Place cookie in paper cup and decorate with nibbed almond

- 600 g flour
- 250 g margarine
- 1 cup cold water + 1 tsp salt
1. Rub margarine into flour
2. Add in water to form a firm dough

- 4 onions - blended
- 600 g flour
- 2 eggs - beaten
1. Mix blended onion and flour
2. Add in beaten eggs to form firm dough
1. Divide both doughs into 6 portions
2. Roll them flat into rectangle shapes
3.Place a piece of onion dough over margarine dough
4. Roll into cylinder shape and slice as thin as possible
5. Deep fry

- 2 pineapples

1. Grate the pineapple, drain the juice.
2. Cook the pineapple till juice evaporates
3. Add sugar, continue to cook till the pineapple can be rolled into balls
Pastry
- 250 g butter
- 50 g milk powder
- 50 g castor sugar
- 350 g flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 egg yolks
1. Beat butter, milk powder,egg yolks,vanilla and sugar till light
2. Add the rest of the ingredient
3. Take a small piece of pastry and wrap the filling inside
4. Brush with egg yolk and bake
