- 90 g water + juice of 1 orange
- 60 g corn oil
- grated rind of 1 orange

- 100 g sugar
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1. Preheat oven to 180C (360F)
2. Combine A + B and mix till smooth.
3. whip C at medium speed till stiff peak
4. Fold into the combined mixture

- 4 large eggs - separated
