MY DAUGHTER, SAMANTHA, WAS AWESTRUCK BY THE POUNDING SURF AND THE WINDS. MY YOUNGER DAUGHTER WAS LESS ENTHUSED BY THE HARD HITTING SAND, SO SHE SAT IN THE CAR.
EVEN THOUGH THE WINDS WERE BLOWING AND THE SAND STUNG, LIFE WAS GOING ON. THE BUSINESSES WERE RUNNING AS IF IT WERE A NICE DAY. HOWEVER, THERE ARE NOT AS MANY PEOPLE ON THIS LAST SUMMER WEEK AS IN THE PAST.
THE CARNIVAL RIDES WERE STILL IN OPERATION. CAN YOU IMAGINE THE THRILL OF THE RIDE, HIGH IN THE AIR WITH GALE FORCE WINDS BLOWING? WHAT A RUSH!
