Your Web-Site must be about the Higgins
surname, or allied Surnames of the Family. If the pages are about
allied Surnames, there still must be a link' to the Higgins
family. For example, if your page is about the Hughes Family and
Emma Higgins married William Hughes (your grandparents, as an example)
then this marriage must be included in your family
information to prove the 'link' to the Higgins Family.
Your page should be a personal Home
page; that is Non- Profit.
You must have a site that has NO PORNOGRAPHY or offensive pictures or text (no naked pictures of
your GGG-Grandmother!).
PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS PAGE BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR SITE IN THE FORM BELOW.
After you have submitted your site (on the form below), you will have been added
to the Higgins Ring queue.
This means that you are not yet part of the
ring. You will now need to add the proper
HTML links and logo. YOU WILL
RECEIVE E-MAILfrom the Ringmaster
verifing your submission and giving you the
HTML link.
HOW TO ADD THE HTML CODE TO YOU PAGE:
Copy and paste ONLY the HTML code FROM THE E-MAIL to your page, (you will need to make the necessary changes as described in the email) then you will need to download the logo from this site and upload it to your site.
In order to download the logo and save it to
your disk, right click on the "Higgins Ring" logo below and select "save image as" then upload it to your web server.
A small number of members have had trouble downloading these files. If the logo does not appear on your page, let us know and we will e-mail it to you.

HOW TO BE ADDED TO THE RING:
After the code is added to your page,
you must e-mail the Ringmaster and ask that you be added to the ring.
Include your site ID and URL .
The ringmaster will visit your site
and confirm that the HTML code and
"HigginsRing" logo have been added,
and that the content of your page
meets the requirements.
The ringmaster reserves the sole right
to refuse submission to the Higgins Ring,
and to remove any site
which does not meet the requirements set forth.
