My Sports Page

I enjoy sports a lot. I particularly enjoy participating in sports. In fact I participate in gymnastics as a coach and as a gymnast. I have 4 years of NCAA and 1 national experience under my belt. I still coach at a gymnastics club in East York. That's where I "hang around" and work out, when I get the chance.

I also play basketball and volleyball (whenever time permits). I played for a city basketball league, where I play point guard and co-coach. I now captain a team in a corporate league and run a corporate hoop pick-up at work. Then there's volleyball (currently, the more popular beach volleyball format). Like where I worked before, I organized a corporate volleyball team at my current place of work. The roster is actually four teams deep, all competitive or intermediate. These extra activities have always been a productive way for me to meet co-workers in a more casual manner and to network with other sports-minded individuals. One recent sporting event I joined was the Try-a-Tri in Cobourg. So now I can also say I've done one triathlon.
