Rascal is an almost 6 yr old female (we think) Sun Conure who has been with us since she was a baby.
Favorite saying: Gimme a kiss (but not real clear).
Favorite toy: People--especially someone's shoulder but she will preen your hair while she's there.
My husband offered me a cruise or a parrot for christmas one year--I chose the parrot. He agreed but said it has to be a quiet one (as if there were such a thing) but I gave him a list of relatively quite birds--it did not include a Sun Conure. "But she picked me", he explained, when I showed him the definition of Sun Conures as loud, very loud. So she is our sentinal bird warning us of anything new but she is also the sweetest most beautiful creature I've ever know. She loves everybody but my husband best of all and that's how my husband got a parrot for christmas.
