CurlyRibbon Angel

Materials needed
White Curly Ribbon
White Paper Twist
1-2 inch Styrofoam Ball
3 peices Gold Chenile
Mini Garland
3 mini Ribbon Roses
1 small Pearl Strand
Spanish Moss
Hot Glue and/or Tacky Glue

Instructions
1 Cut 50 - 100 24 inch lengths curly ribbon .Gather 4 inches from one end and wrap tightly with chenile stem. Curl at different lengths all of the curly ribbon . Set aside.
2. Cut a 12 inch piece of paper twist and an 18 inch piece . Unwrap 4 inches of each end of the 12 inch length - leave the middle wrapped. Wrap around the 18 inch length like sleeves. Pouff and Cuff with gold chenille stem. Wrap one complete time around the top of the curly ribbon and glue in place in the back.
3. Wrap the styrofoam ball with paper twist . Attach spanish moss as hair. Glue to very top of the gathered curly ribbon letting the ribbon fold around botom of the head like a collar Curl the ribbon down
4. Unwrap paper twist . Cut 3 lengths : 12, 10 , &8 inches . scallop on the ends . Gather in the middle and glue to back. Cut a 6 inch length of unwrapped paper twist glue ot back as a hanger.
5. Form halo from a peice of gold chenile and attach to the back of the head .Wrap the 6 inch length mini garland with pearl strand and glue on the ribbon roses .Glue strand to each hand.
