These are current pictures of Blaze. Blaze went to school for ground training and driving with Tom O'Carroll. Tom has a wonderful way with horses and is very talented training horses for driving and CDE's. We sent Blaze for a month and will continue his training once the weather cools down.

The photo above was taken in September 2004. Blaze had been watching me work with Robby's new Lab puppy in the back yard and could not resist coming over for some attention on his own. It also shows the extent of white on his face. He shows minimal sabino markings. The photo below was taken in July 2005 after Blaze came home from training. Blaze was trying to talk Carrie into coming over to see him.
Above is a picture of Blaze in 2003 with his protector Doc and Doc's mom Minty in the background. Doc, his sister Fluffy and their dad Pants were on barn duty the night Blaze was born. Coyotes were howling close by soon after Blaze's birth, but none came near as these three out of our seven dogs stood guard at the barn. Blaze is Magnolia's first stud colt, and only the second chestnut by M Classic Ideal Image (Marvelous Ideal X Ute Mtn Mona Lisa). Classic was a bay with excellent Morgan type and a quiet, friendly personality. You can see pictures of Classic on his page on our website. Blaze is an excellent cross between Classic and Magnolia. He is bold, inquisitive and a quick learner.
This picture of Blaze with his half sister, Marvelous Classic Magic (M Classic Ideal Image X Marvelous Mis Chevious) was taken in December of 2003. He and Magic are both 10 months old here. Magic is not quite sure what to make of Blaze, but Blaze is trying to flirt with her. Blaze's coat has darkened quite a bit, but his mane has remained lighter but not flaxen. His color reminds us a great deal of his great grandfather Moro Hill Micah. Blaze still has his distinctive blaze and a wonderful personality.
