Even notice that some people out-shine others in coolness? I have! I keep saying, "[insert name here] is on my list of cool people!" so I decided to actually write the list down. Now you can see it! Perhaps you agree, perhaps you do not. Perhaps you think I forgot someone. But you know what? It doesn't really matter because this is my list! ^_^
Michael J. Fox
Ahh... The first person. Why is he cool? Ugh, I shun you for even asking that question. He is just cool! He has a cool aura...
Victoria Jackson
Don't worry if you don't know who she is. She was Saturday Night Live in the early 90's and late 80's. She's cooool! She also has a very destintive voice, which is a nice thing. I personally think my own voice comes off as annoying and squeaky. Squeak!
John Goodman
He is soooooo funny! At least, in my own opinion. Him and Michael J. Fox were on David Letterman's Late Night Fifth Anniversary Show, which was also funny. Want to know what happened? Okay, for Dave's top ten, it was, "Things I've Always Wanted to Say to Dave" featuring famous people, saying what they wished they could say to Dave. Anyways, first was Mia Farrow. She was wearing a barret and said, "Dave, I would like to be your intern." Next was Puff Daddy or someone... then number seven came and Michael J. Fox(!) came out and said, "Dave, I always wanted to be number 5," and then number five rolled along and he stepped out again and said, "Thanks Dave!" Hee hee! Anyways, (don't worry, John Goodman is coming,) Cindy Crawford came out for number four, (maybe three, I forget,) and said, "Dave, you're such a great kisser!" The next one came and John Goodman (!) came out and said, "Dave, you're such a great kisser!" Number one was Dave's mom, she came out with Jerry Seinfeld and said, "Dave, you're adopted!" Oh, I just remembered number 8 or 6, it was Mayor Rudy Gulliohny, or however you spell it. He's the mayor of New York. Umm, anyways, John Goodman's episode of Saturday Night Live in the 96-97 season was my fave! ^_^
Chris Kattan
Hee hee! He's cool. (Duh, that's why he's on the list!) A Night at the Roxbury was soooo funny, plus I think Mango from SNL is funny! (Ussually if you are funny, you get on my list! ^_^)
Walt Disney
Okay, so he's dead. But that's okay! He's cool! Think of all the great things he has done for animation and how broke central Florida would be without Walt Disney World. Well, not broke... but it wouldn't have NEAR as many tourists because Universal Studios wouldn't have built stuff there and with other places.
Posh Spice/Victoria Adams
Actually, I'm not sure if that is her last name... Anyways, she is the only one of them that I never hated. Plus she has a cuper duper cool haircut and she is British! I love British accents... I know all the others are british, but I dunno, she's just cooler...
Star Jones
For you people that avoid talk shows, she is on The View. She's my fave, and she seems the most relaxed and the most approchable. Barbara seems to try and remain professional, Debby tries to hard to be smart and she looked odd in that Yankee's (sp?) hat. I don't know the name's of the other people...
Steve Zahn
Hee hee! (I should stop saying that.) He was on That Thing You Do, and we all know that was a fab movie! He was the comic relief, and he did it so well! Unfortunatelly, I wasn't thrilled with Suburbuia. I was very pleasently surprised when I saw his name in the opening of the credits of the movie Stepmom! I was giddy... ^_^
Haley Mills
I'm not sure if her first name has one L or two... Oh well. Isn't she sure? The Parent Trap was such a cool movie! And I'm talking about the 60's one, not the one that came out summer of '98. I love her voice sooo much! I used to mimmick it after I saw Pollyanna for the first time. But I'm a bit angry... You see, if they ever made a remake it was going to be MY job to fill her shoes in the roles of the twins.. not Lindsay Lohan. (I think that's her name... I remember they called her Leslie Lohan on Jay Leno by mistake.) Sigh. One of my many life-long dreams can no longer be fulfilled, thanks to her. Tsk tsk. Oh, Halley Mills was also very cool in That Darn Cat! That movie was so good... it was also remade last year, with Christina Ricci taking her role. I haven't seen it, and I don't think I want to.
Jim Davis
He's the creator of the Gardfield comic strip. Of course, you already knew that, right? He is cool because Garfield's personality matches my own cat's personality very well... And Garfield is one of the few good comic strips in our newspaper.
Kim Basinger, Teri Hatcher, Sinead O'Connor
No big reason, except they have the same birthday as me. ^^
Alec Baldwin
His wife has the same birthday as me, (see above ^_^) and he's been on SNL many times. I love his monologe of his most recent show! You know, with Jimmy Fallon(!) as the Host of SNL future! Also, Alec and his wife were on the Simpsons... just like I will be some day ^_^
Almost everyone on Whose Line is it Anyways?
This show is so cool! I watch the old ones on the comdey network, and the new ones on ABC. Some people on the show aren't funny. I'm sorry, but they aren't. I wish I could be on that show! I can never think of songs on the spot, but I would love to be on it! I think they should play the props game longer though.
Matthew Perry
Oh my god! I can't believe I forgot to list him! Anyways, of course he is cool! He is my favorite star of Friends, and why the hell hasn't he been nominated for an Emmy?? His episode of SNL during the 98-99 season was one of the, if not THE best of the season. Unfortunatelly, he has got to get out of this relationship with Courtney Cox on Friends. Why? Now that everyone knows, it's wrong! It seems so wrong to see his arm around her while everyone is looking... it sucks! I hope this doesn't turn into a Ross and Rachel thing, I stopped watching Friends for awhile because was basically A Couple and their Rarely Seen Friends.
Well, that's all for now. I'll think of more later as I watch TV and read and listen to music etc etc. You can go home now.
