Welcome!! I have found myself on the diet rollercoaster many times. After coming to grips with the fact that I can't "diet", I have to change my eating habits, I have finally gotten off that rollercoaster. In the hopes of helping others do the same, I have included here some of the things that I have found helpful. You can use the directory to the left to look around. Please remember, you should always check with your doctor before starting any new diet or exercise program.
