Now I would like for you to meet my family. At my family link you will find Palmer, my husband, Ashley and Madelynn my daughters, Michael and Travis, my sons and myself. There are also a few pics of my niece Savannah, my God Daughter Octavia and her mother Nicole, who is one of my bestest friends in the whole wide world.

And now onto some other less important things... I would like to take a moment to share some diet and excercise ideas with you, if you don't mind?

I have a less than 1000 calorie a day diet, that is killer, but it works. This diet along with some simple excercises really cuts down the poundage.

Losing weight really helps me to feel better physically as well as emotionally.
