About The Western North Carolina Support Group for Juvenile Arthritis

Support For Everyone

We are support group for people who have juvenile arthritis, have a child who does or know someone who does. We are here to provide support, ideas and knowledge to the people in Western North Carolina who are affect by juvenile arthritis no matter what your age or type of juvenile arthritis.

The meetings start with introductions followed by a knowledgeable speaker on a topic of interest to the group. Afterwards, there are break-out sessions for children (adult moderated), teens, "young adults" and parents. These individual break-out sessions allow for support and the sharing of ideas and problems.

We will be meeting October 21, 2000 at 11:00 am in Asheville, North Carolina at the office of the Asheville Arthritis Center. Please join us!
