HAPPY NEW YEAR !!!!
WOW !!! 2000. I still can't get  used to that.
This is going to be just a short note to let everyone know how things are going for Rhonda and myself.
Rhonda graduated on December the 18th and I finished up work on the December the 23rd.  So she and I have both been off since then.  It has been great !!
I don't know if I have mentioned it before but Rhonda and I have only been married a little over 2 years.  It will be three in March.
With her in school and my working six days a week, this is the first time we have had any real time together, except right after the surgery.  So this is the first time we have had any real time that we could just screw around together.  We didn't go anywhere except to visit some family during Christmas and New Years.  We did however spend every day together.  We shopped a little for her some clothes, but mostly we just hung out together.
A good time was had by all.
Enough of that, let's get down to what you want to know.  How much has Rhonda lost and how is she feeling ?
Well I have good news and bad news.  The good news is she is feeling fine, the bad news is she seems to have reached a plateau.  She is hanging around at 180 lbs.  She knows however what the problem is.  She is taking in to many calories and not exercising.  She knows that if she is going to continue losing, she is going to pay a little more attention to what she is doing.
Her attitude is still good though.  She is still very exited about her weight loss and had a ball buying new clothes.
We all know that I am the pesimist, but even I am not discouraged yet.  I know that the holidays and my being home everyday has had an effect on her eating habits.  I am confident that when we get back into our routine, (I go back to work tomorrow), she will be more successful.
That's about it for now.   More later.   Again, Happy New Year and God Bless.
