Exercise
Every one needs some kind of exercise, weather it is
yard work, house work, aerobics, weightlifting. Or even take the
stairs instead of the elevator. In order to lose weight you need to burn more calories than you consume. The only way to do that and feed your body the right nutrition is to exercise. Weight lifting is the number 1 way to lose fat  and keep it off. Aerobics is also
necessary.Also intensity is key to making a change. Try to make the intensity increase as you work out ,you will burn more fat.
Also try to do your work out in the morning.When you don't have any food in your stomach. Your body will use stored fat for energy.Your body uses to source sfor energy carbs and fat so first thing in the morning your body has no carbs or fat so it will use
stored fat.
