I am in the process of writing a book. I hope to get it published. I am not looking to make lots of money. I want to try and help others. I would like to add stories of those afflicted with this disease. I would like very much to have all of you help me with this. If you would like to write a short story about those that have been dealing with this. Or those that have lost the battle with this. I would like these things included, or you may tell me you dont want it included that is ok too.
1. name of person(first name is fine)
2. state of where they lived
3. what was affected. Lungs or kidneys or both.
4. treatment that was given. (include medications, procedures,etc)
5. age of person
6. male or female
and anything else you would to include. Also if you hear anything that would be helpful to me. I would appreciate you sending it to me. Thank you in advance.
