Congress 2005 -- Design Fund raiser The LA Council of AORN Chapters is sponsoring a design contest. Plans are to sell a cloisonné doubloon necklace to celebrate Congress in New Orleans in 2005. The opportunity to design this fund-raiser is offered to individuals or to chapters to submit a design. There will be two winners as the piece will have a different design on each side. Winners will receive free Congress 2005 registration at the early rate. The winner may designate an alternate if they are not able to attend Congress 2005. Each entry design becomes the property of the LA Council and must be submitted by March 1, 2003 to Nathalie Walker. Council Delegates will judge entries at the Congress 2003 Council breakfast. Each Chapter will be entitled to one vote. If the chapter delegate is not in attendance at the breakfast, a designated alternate may vote for the Chapter. The design entries will be assigned a number and remain anonymous. Submit your uniquely Louisiana &/or New Orleans designs now!
