Here are some pictures of the overhaul of our Bertone engine, the result is stunning, you'd be surprised of the power of a '74 1600cc Alfa Romeo engine!
Here we can see Hille being very pleased because our engine was just fitted with bright new cylinders and pistons!

In the beginning of 2000 we experienced some problems with our carbs (that's what we thought) but it turned out we had a leaking head gasket.
Later that year disaster struck. Due to a bad oilpump we had to replace part of our engine and find a new crankshaft. We finally did and here are some pics showing some preparations and a pic of our new storage (thanks dad!!) We'll keep you posted!
