I have been restroing mine for a number of years, and have the body in primer, and the engine ready to go. I have added Group 5 package, (with molded fenders), and a carbor fiber wing. The engine is completely redone with a .30 overb re, Keith Black Pistons, Lunati cam (564 lift), ballanced, roller rockers, eldebrock manifold, 750 Holly Carb, Electronic Ignition, etc... It should run well when it's finished. Currently I'm redoing all brake lines, and then I'm ready to drop the engine n, and begin work on the final body and interior...I've owner the car for about 15 years, and I drove it for 2 yrs before I started the restoration. Two kids going to college slowed me down a bit, but what the hell, it keeps me out of the bars at night. omeday in the next year or so it will be finished... |

Everything is original except the engine which Lance Nist reworked in 1976. I am in the process of upgrading all the running gear and upgrading the engine. I will be dyno testing the engine next week (March 3-5) at Lance Nist's shop in Santa Ana. Roy Butfoy is beefing up the transaxle for me at the same time.
