All plates before 1963 are without pre- and suffixes
Suffixes: A-63 B-64 C-65 D-66 E-67
F-67,68 G-68-69 H-69,70 J-70-71 K-71.72

To make it more complicated, the government has decided to change the registration system from a change once a year to twice a year "in oreder to avoid the once a year new car rush". Now its still not decided if this really comes through but if so, we might be out for a bit more confusion. Watch this space!
