Some history:
I returned from being overseas and decided I wanted a truck, so I bought one. About three weeks after buying the truck I was informed by my wife that she was pregnant and we needed a minivan. By this time I'd seen an Impala and worked hard to convince her that an Impala was perfect for three kids (we already had two) and that I REALLY didn't want a minivan. After a few days she reluctantly agreed. So I traded in the brand new p/u truck on a '95 Impala - the day the paper temp tags expired!
About three months later, she calls me from the doctors office and proclaims, "I told you we needed to buy a minivan. We're having twins"! I told her she'd get her minivan, but it would have to be an older used one, because we were keeping the Impala.
Then the '96 came out with the shifter in the console, and it had a tach and analog speedometer. "OK, Dear, I'm gonna trade the Impala in.....on a new one!" I ordered the '96.
When the '96 came in, I had them both in the driveway for about two months, because I decided to sell the '95, instead of trading it.Now, Mary loves the Impala almost as much as I do!!
I'm a member and currently the Regional Director of the

My Impala has been entered into several different shows over the past couple years, and has come home with an award on a few occasions.

Well, after only a couple months of not having the Impala, I had to replace it with some comparable. So I picked up a '94 9C1
