Under Construction
I've been riding since I was 17, my family has been riding all my life. As a kid, I would ride on the back of my mom's motorcycle as we'd tour the countries. The greatest tour was when I was about 9 years old and living in England. We (my parents, my brother and I) packed the bikes onto a ferry and sailed to Denmark. From there we rode down through Germany, Belgium, and France. From France we took a hovercraft back to England. It was great.
My first bike was (and still is) a 1988 Suzuki Katana 600. Not a terribly fast bike, though I've had it up to 135mph. It has over 24,000 miles on it now. It's painted the same color as my truck, has a Vance & Hines Supersport pipe and a stage I jet kit. The tires are Bridgestone Battlax, a wonderful tire that combines good grip and decent treadlife.
Update 11-99: I got a new bike! It's a 94 Honda CBR600F2. Black, purple, and yellow...just beautiful. Picture to follow.
Update 6-30-00: The Kat has been sold!!
Update 12/4/01: The beautiful machine you see above is my new baby. A 2001 Suzuki TL1000R. 996cc fuel injected v-twin...absolutely awsome.
My brother rides a Yamaha FJ1200, my dad rides a BMW R80 G/S desert racing bike, and my mom just got a Yamaha FZR600, a gorgeous bike.
