The PHARAOHS SCOOTER CLUB was formed in 1993 by a bunch of beer drinkin holigans in san diego california at the time a marine named norm was in cali and help put the PHARAOHS on the map then he decieded to go for world domination or more like ghetto domination and moved back to DETROIT and the rest is history.
