Ltd., Bentley Motors (1931), Ltd., and of the former Rolls-Royce of America, Inc. Membership in the Club is open throughout the world to any person who has an interest in Rolls-Royce or Bentley motor cars. The Club’s activities center around the exchange of technical, historical or other information about the cars and their care. The Club organizes meets, tours and social gatherings to facilitate the exchange of information. All members are united by a common interest; the engineering ideals and high standards of craftsmanship of Rolls-Royce, Ltd. And Bentley Motors, Ltd. The Club hopes to develop its records so that all existing Rolls-Royces and Bentleys are known and listed by chassis and engine number. We would also like to have a complete and up-to-date record or ownership. If your car changes hands, please remember to notify Club Headquarters. Listing of the chassis number is essential. You will find it on a special Rolls-Royce plate on the firewall of your car mounted either on the engine side or behind the dashboard. The engine number is often found on the crankcase casting, water pump, or some other place low on the engine and is easy to find. Cars manufactured by Bentley motors, Ltd., have the chassis number on the steering box and the engine numbers on the engine or starter. Do not trust the chassis number that may appear on the cars registration or bill of sale. These are often in error.
