3. Porsche - this model, 911, is very common on the roads of Singapore.

So much for the common continental cars in Singapore! Actually, there are many other models such as " Rover" which are up & comin'! Of course, there are other cars like the Jaguar but it's still not as common as those above. Anyway, we cannot forget about Japanese cars which are even more heavily utilised in Singapore. The famous models are by Honda, Toyota, Nissan & Mazda. Toyota is rugged in their manufacturing of their bodies & engines. However, they are heavy. Honda make lighter body frames & equally as good engines. Nissan is the top selling car manufacturing company in Japan because of it's good body works & engines. Nissan has been around for a long time. Mazda, I would say is not as good as the rest because the engines are made not to withstand long & rugged usage. 1. Honda - Civic in pic2 is very common. Land rovers are getting their places in Singapore too like the CRV in pic4. MPVs are making their way into the market too as families in Singapore are getting larger!!!!!! ( look at pic5) In pic6, what you see is a coupe Honda Accord to be release in 1998. The Prelude in pic7 is widely used by many young drivers for one reason - sporty!

2.Nissan - Nissan Sunny & Precea are common models in Singapore. Older models like the Pulsar are still widely used too!!!
3.Mazda - The RX7 is very famous in Singapore since the year 1983 model seen below. However, as said before, Mazda cars are not really superior , hence not many updated RX7s like the 1996-7 model is not widely seen around.
