In that venue, we work in the background of your dealership being as disruptive as possible to your business. At the same time we do an assessment and offer solutions based on the individual needs of each department.

Customer Satisfaction is dependant on employee satisfaction.
Employee's needs are assessed through our individual survey process. At the same time we will analyze your dealerships CSI/SSI/QDS/TSI scores. Once all the data is thoroughly analyzed we then return to the dealership and develop a Self Directed Work Team (SDWT). This team consists of one upper level manager and 6-10 employee's. The team meets once a week for 1 hour. During these meetings the team identifies customer/employee issues, researches possible solutions for improvement, then makes well informed recommendations to the dealer principal and management to improve overall customer and employee satisfaction.
