Employee Survey Process


The employee survey process is designed to illicit honest responses from all employees (management and non-management) These survey's are completely anonymous and done in a non-confrontational manner to gain the highest quality information on how all employees feel about:

  • Satisfaction With Job (15 questions rated 1-5)
  • Employee Perceptions (20 questions rated 1-5)
  • Management Support To Employees (11 question rated 1-5)
  • Management Commitment To Customers (8 questions rated 1-5)
  • Employee Commitment To Customers (7 questions rated 1-5)

Once the employee surveys are completed they are re-introduced in statistical format rating the above areas.

This information is priceless to any organization wanting to really change the culture of your business and get an honest view of what your most important asset (your employees) truly think. They are also encouraged to add additional thoughts on what things we can do to make both employee and customers happier with both the business and processes.

Focus Groups

Focus Groups are an ideal way to gain valuable information from your employees, customers about their feelings of your business, products, services, hours of operation etc.

Mystery Shopper

Mystery shopping is a tool used to gain information from your customers perspective about how they are treated either upon visiting or calling your business.
