OK, so you want proof that I can build a very powerful engine?
Well here it is!

My '86 Buick Grand National
I have own my GN since the summer of '95.  I bought it with the aid of building and then selling my '57 Cadillac.  I hated to sell the Cadillac, but I had too.  I needed a car that I could use as a daily driver, but also be a classic, and being quick helps too.  Over these years I have done quite a few modifications to the car.  Everything from the springs to the headliner has been done by myself.  The only thing that I had someone do for the car was the tires.  I do not have a tire changer...yet.  Below is a list of some of the things I have done to the car.  Enjoy.

Pictures and Projects

Extra Gauges                                               Custom Headliner

Engine Rebuild                                            More Pictures of the engine

Turbo Porting                                              Rear Seat Braces

Front Suspension                                    Rear Suspension

Upgrades (some of them, atleast)
Rebuilt engine - all factory parts
Ported cylinder heads, turbo, intake, and intercooler neck
Upgraded fuel pump and adjustable pressure regulator
36 lb/hr (868) fuel injectors (junk!)
LT-1 MAF sensor
Auto-X style suspension

Right now I am still tuning this setup.  All the chips I currently have seem to have pretty poor performance.  Also all this new power has taken its toll on my +125,000 mile transmission.  The second gear clutch slips extremely above half throttle, and this is with the boost and fuel cranked down for street driving.
more work to do...
